Scouting Through Time 2026
Scouting Through Time 2026
Scouts and Adults are encouraged to wear vintage scouting clothing if they have it.
Break out your flat cap, berets, uniforms etc. Maybe the Cub will fit into an old parent uniform.
Welcome to our Scouting Through Time Adventure – Webelos Weekend 2026!
We are glad that you have decided to join us. Webelos Weekend is open to all registered Bear, Webelos, and Arrow of Light Scouts, their guardians(s), Den Chiefs, and Leaders.
The cost of the event is $15.00 per person.
Registration will be online at: https://scoutingevent.com/312-2026BMEGWebelosWeekend
Registration will close at midnight on March 17, 2026. This cost includes a patch, camp fees, activity fees, program supplies, etc.
To meet Scouting America Requirements, ALL Bear Scouts must have a parent/grandparent in attendance at all times. Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts may attend as a Den with proper leadership. Den Chiefs may attend with their Den/Pack and must stay with and participate with that Den/Pack throughout the day.
Visitors will NOT be allowed at this event unless previous arrangements have been made with the camp staff. Siblings also will not be allowed at this event.
There will be 5 program sessions, including but not limited to: Scout Skills, Pioneering with a new Range Activity, Slingshots, Natural Science, and more! Programs are subject to change.
Den Leaders should plan on participating in all activities with their den.
We will have a secret message challenge that is part of the program this year. Participants will be given a hint card to complete throughout the day.
All Scouts who complete the challenge and turn in their card to the Camp Director will be entered in a special giveaway.
Participants will be responsible for their meals (including cooking equipment). Cooking is allowed in the campsites.
Participants should properly store their food in coolers during the event. Use of the camp kitchen will not be available.
